Practice good posture (5 minutes)

Practicing good posture, even while seated, engages the core muscles making you look slimmer, taller, and more confident! Practice "good" posture while walking, standing, or sitting for 5 minutes every day this week. After a while it will get easier and you'll notice that you're doing it naturally.
