Do cardio four times a week

There are many benefits of regular cardiovascular activity (walking, running, or other movement that gets your heart pumping.) It improves your heart and lungs, and reduces body fat, stress, and so much more - so incorporate it into your life! Make a plan to include regular cardiovascular exercise in your schedule four times a week. Remember to start slowly and gradually increase your level of effort and length of activity.
